10.0pt'>I have problem in make new vector layer in QGIS for windows version. It
was occur both in official QGIS v.0.8.0 Preview 2 for windows binary and my own
compiled (from latest QGIS source) binary QGIS. By the way it was happened since
August. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

10.0pt'>Attention please, it was happened only windows version of QGIS; it wasn’t
happened on the Linux version (on my Ubuntu). <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
