have you build rpy2 by yourself? maybe a path was not set properly or something like that?<BR>
Unformatunately I have rpy 2.0.4, so I can not reproduce that.<BR>
As far as I can follow the code and the error it stops connecting to the R Binary. This one probably points not to the libR.so.<BR>
So maybe something went wrong While building rpy2. That is what this is looking to me ...<BR>
have you used easy-install, or at least modified the setup.cfg to your needs, when build yourself?<BR>
