layers, if ‘above line’ is selected, the label appears almost over
the line, and if ‘below line’ is selected, the label appears well
below the line. With point layers where ‘around point’ is
selected, then if the label is displayed below the point it is so far below
that it can appear to be associated with another point when points are tightly
clustered.<o:p></o:p></p>

place. Characters can run into each other, other have unreasonably large
