newly build installer is working on the development machine but it is
not working with the other machines. As you said, something wrong with
the python while creating installer. Please let me know how to build the
Qgis 1.7 with python.(Once again the installer is working on my

</div>If you install QGIS 1.7 from the installer on that machine, would it<br>
crash too? If not then you have probably done something wrong when<br>
compiling or preparing the installer.<br>
<br>
Btw. what leads you to compile QGIS on windows yourself instead of<br>
using standalone installer or osgeo4w packages?<br>
