A problem with the github pull requests is that they cannot be
assigned to a person. So it's very easy to forget about the
requests. <br>
<br>
A possibility would be to create a corresponding ticket on
hub.qgis.org with a link to the pull request (in your case, the
ticket should be assigned to Tim).<br>
