<p>I was mostly interested in seeing qgis having similar grid symbology to ps.output. </p>

Output looks really nice but I see 2 issues:<br>

1 - grass is optional, not part of qgis core<br>
2 - made for PS output, may not fit nicely with the composer nor the map canvas<br>

Perhaps there is a workaround for 2 ?<br>
