It's just idea to invite someone to geography students field
coureses to make some persentation for them and other profesors,
lecturers and teachers. It's approx 100km from Valmiera, but this
idea must be discussed more detailed with Maris Nartiss.<br>

In the venue can be hosted more than 100 people. For example some 2

2) Would it be in your company?
Our company also lives in this place but the "official" place is
Valmiera Business an Innovation Incubator.

dormitories for all participants.
4) What about train connection from Riga?

5) When would you be able to do the hackfest? This autumn? Or

We prefer this autumn, but it can happen also in other time.

During the Lyon HF we discussed some options where the next
hackfest could be located. But we didn't make a decision. My
offer to held the HF in the Linux Hotel in Essen/Germany at
beginning of october is expiring in the next two weeks. I have
to book the venue early because it is very popular for
FOSS-Community events. How can we make a decision? The exact
date of the hackfest is 3.10.-7.10.2012.
Please let me know what are the next steps to find a decsison.
