<div dir="ltr">Alister,<div><br></div><div style>In Chrome there is a popup when you hover over each start with 1 being the lowest and 5 the highest. 0 does in indeed mean you don't want to rate. There really should be a impartial result so that you can say you are on the fence. Such as life.</div>
