LD_LIBRARY_PATH to point to development libs.<br>

like export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/misha/opt/qgis-dev/lib<br>

Aparently there qgis tries to load libs from other places; in my
case it is probably<br>
because I have qgis installed from repository.<br>
