Do you already have an osgeo account?<br>
If no, you need one.<br>
When logged in, you can click "Update" at the bottom of the issue
page and there's an option "Assigned To".<br>
If this does not appear for you (not sure, may be due to
permissions), just drop a message here and somebody can do it for
you. Or write an answer on the issue, that is probably enough
already.<br>
