The last two items in Chinese mean "Raster" and "Vector", respectively. <br>

This problem happens on 3.4 LTR only - on my machine. I didn't run into this problem when I was building 3.2 or 3.4.1. It also doesn't happen on the build directly downloaded from OSGeo4W.

To run QGIS properly, I have qgis.env placed on the same directory containing qgis.exe. I have attached the file in this mail.
