Pro using the new OSGeo4W v2 Network Installer:
- GRASS 7.8.5 is correctly installed but not working in QGIS;
- qgis-grass-plugin is installed but not working in QGIS;
- qgis-grass-plugin7 is not available in the installer;
- No shortcut(s) "with GRASS" created.
- qgis-bin-g7.exe is not present in the installation directory.

new packages versions are now available in the OSGeo4W v2
repository.<br>

If GRASS in QGIS still doesn't work with the new packages versions,
I think you can also report the issue opening a "ticket" on
