Hi Axel and list (I'm not sure my message are published on the list
and I don't know why ...)<br>
<br>
I tried again with distinct version and this is my results, on
Windows 10 :<br>
<br>
- 3.16 (Installer = QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.16.15-1.msi) => fail<br>
- 3.18 => (Installer = QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.18.3-1-Setup-x86_64.exe)
=> success<br>
- 3.22 => (Installer = QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.22.2-1.msi) => fail<br>
<br>
The error message is : <br>
<br>
<i>" WARNING: Retrying (Retry(total=3, connect=None, read=None,
redirect=None, status=None)) after connection broken by
'SSLError("Can't connect to HTTPS URL because the SSL module is
not available.")': /simple/xlsxwriter/ "</i><br>
<br>
<br>
<br>
<u><b>The common point of the "fails" is the "msi" installer ... </b></u><br>
<br>
Hope this tests can help to see better where the problem is ? <br>
<br>
Axel : did you find a solution, or a workaround ? <br>
<br>
Thanks to all. <br>

deleted my osgeo4w folder and got a fresh copy of
qgis3.22.3 (during the installation I only installed
"qgis: QGIS Desktop" and "python3-pip") and the same
result could it be that I need to install some more stuff
to get it to work?</div>

<br>
Works for me both in a fresh osgeo4w v2 install and QGIS
3.22.3 standalone (for<br>
reportlab - matplotlib and psycopg2 are already included
anyway).<br>
