I have run into similar issues with another project that outputs to<br>
json.<br>

I think it's a bug for the same semantic value to have a varying text<br>
representation, and (not relevant here I think) that it's a bug for the<br>
output not to have nice whitespace formatting. It should be diffable<br>
and nerd readable (even if not "human readable").<br>
<br>
I would therefore be in favor of qgis itself sorting things into some<br>
canonical order.<br>
