
<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=us-ascii"></head><body style="overflow-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;">Hi all, please forgive my ignorance on this subject. I have been following discussions related to freezing the master branch, and treating 3.44 as an LTR, but I still require clarification.<div><br></div><div>Are any new features planned for 3.xx releases, or should all new features wait for 4.0? I have a PR to submit for <a href="https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/62838">#62838</a>. I am unsure which "base" branch to select for my PR. I am also unsure if new feature PRs are welcome at this time.</div><div><br></div><div>Any clarification about how to submit changes for new features would be much appreciated.</div><div><br></div></body></html>
