<p>I Answer to myself.</p>
<p>Found that `messageReceivedWithFormat` indeed work but
`messageReceived` is blocked for any reason (seems to be a feature
of QGIS 4)</p>

<p>Hi,</p>
<p>We have noticed that the QgsMessageLog signals
(`messageReceived`, `messageReceivedWithFormat`) are not
received anymore in Python callback slots.</p>
<p>This is an important api break and from this, one may suspect
that other (bad) surprise are waiting at the corner.</p>
<p>There is mention of this in the python tests from QGIS sources,
so the problem was known at some point.</p>
<p>What are the positions on the subject ? Is there some hints
toward a fix (so that we could give some help) ?</p>
