Unfortunately, I don't think your project quite fit the requirements of <br>
the QGIS project as GSoC projects are intended to improve the core of <br>
QGIS instead of adding new plugins. Moreover, I would say the question <br>
to ask yourself when adding a new feature to the core of QGIS is: "Is <br>
this feature going to be helpful for at least three different fields  ?"<br>

Since it looks like you are interested in graph theory, an example of <br>
GSOC would be  "Improve network analysis algorithms in QGIS"<br>
<br>
However your master thesis does look interesting (I also did my master <br>
thesis on accessibility and walkability so I am looking forward to try <br>
it out if you do a plugin)<br>
