[QGIS-fr-user] QGIS Website: language switch is broken if french is selected

Hi all,
as described in this issue https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/issues/680,
there is a problem in the french translation of the QGIS Website.

A possible solution is in my replay at
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Website/issues/680#issuecomment-538703590

In short, the problem could be fixed changing the french translation at
https://www.transifex.com/qgis/qgis-website/viewstrings/#fr/sphinx/181745287
so as to avoid the use of the  ' [apostrophe (U+0027)] character in the
translated text.
