[QGIS-it-user] QGIS 2.18.1 e vettore spatialite

Ciao a tutti,
ormai è da tempo che noto questo problema in QGIS e chiedo conferma:
ho realizzato con spatialite_gui una tabella con geometria cosi definita:
(ecco il Create statement):

CREATE TABLE "pti_pill" 
(
"pk_uid" integer NOT NULL,
"rif_quadro" text ,
"fraz_loc" text ,
"data_ril" double ,
