Sembra di no, il percorso indicato nei log non esiste .
esempio:
percorso del log : C:/OSGEO4~1/apps/qgis/./python/plugins\MetaSearch
percorso su cui ho fatto pulizia :
C:\OSGeo4W64\apps\qgis\python\plugins\MetaSearch\dialogs\
