ho appena aggiornato la master  0912bc5d82
<https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/commit/0912bc5d82>  

purtroppo entrambi i problemi persistono, ovvero 
1. output non visibile
2. occorrono tutti i parametri.

la prova è stata effettuata usando la seguente:

qgis_process.exe run native:centroids
--INPUT="C:\Users\pigre\Desktop\Limiti01012020_g\Reg01012020_g\Reg01012020_g_WGS84.shp"
--OUTPUT="C:\Users\pigre\Desktop\Limiti01012020_g\Reg01012020_g\centroid.kml"
