Hi,

after we already have 3x "+1" I wrote to Eric van Rees and this is his answer:

Many thanks for your positive reply! We're looking forward to your
contribution. My plan is to have a series of open source geospatial
application articles in the coming issues of the magazine. If possible, I'd
like to publish your contribution in our March issue (deadline February 4).
As for the contents, maybe you'd be able to do a product review of QGIS v.
1.0 and its users/purpose in life/platforms used?

Editorial guidelines can be found here:
http://www.geoinformatics.com/asp/default.asp?t=show&var=902

Please let us know if you can make this deadline. If you have any questions,
feel free to ask us.

I'm looking forward to hear your reaction,

Regards,
Eric van Rees

########

please have a look at the editorial guidelines and also consider if the March
issue (deadline February 4) is ok for you. I think together we should be able
to write 3000 words with some images until that date :).

If you are ok with that I would start and prepair a first TOC idea as a base to
discuss what we think should be in the article...

regards,
 Otto
