[Qgis-psc] Fw: request from geoinformatics magazine

Hi,

great, everybody in the PSC agreed so we can start. I will write to the
Geoinformatics editor that we will send him an article for the March issue
(deadline February 4). I create a new folder (as proposed):

checkout with:
svn co https://svn.osgeo.org/qgis/trunk/articles/2009/geoinformatics

For us in svn I would like to make it a simple latex document where we also
include the images. I will make a package for Geomatics when we finished
according to their editorial guidelines.
