[Qgis-psc] SVN Access - Paolo Cavallini

Hi Folks

Paolo has requested SVN access to maintain parts of the GRASS code.
For transparency I suggested we should vote to permit SVN write access
for him. Paolo I guess you should abstain from this one :-)
