Hi, 

we now have a general hackfest webpage, permanently promoted inside the
qgis website splash screen. Then we have a Paypal donation button from Paolo,
and below a link to get more information about QGIS sponsoring and donation
occasions.

I revised and adapted all pages. Please, especially Paolo, also check the
content.
