[Qgis-psc] collecting funds

Hi all.
The motion about action as a collector of small grants for QGIS has just
passed the GFOSS.it steering committee. We have to analyse the
adminitrative intricacies of it, especially to make sure taxes will not
drain substantial resources, but we have the green light.
BTW: I think we should define the payment for Tim, so we can send the
letter to donors.
