at http://download.qgis.org/downloads.rhtml the links are wrong:
Be sure to download and read the User Guide (PDF or HTML). 
					     ^^     ^^
We don't have a html at the moment and the PDF is here:
http://download.osgeo.org/qgis/doc/manual/qgis-1.0.0_user_guide_en.pdf

Can you change that, I don't have access to the header lines via
http://spatialserver.net:3002/account/login
