[Qgis-psc] motion: svn access for Lorenzo Masini

Hi all.
Lorenzo Masini recently started working with us. H'es very young, so
he'll probably need some guidance, but very active and he has already
experience in Qt and python, so I think his skills will be useful to
further improve QGIS. I'm therefore suggesting to grant him svn access.
He has already read the coding rules, and accepted them publicly several
weeks ago.
