[Qgis-psc] QGIS Web and Wiki migration

Thanks for looking after this stuff guys - yeah the old server can't
cope any more....

Can yousee if my user home dir and log in acct can be clone to there
too? I use my ssh key to get in to upload.qgis.org at the moment. Also
I guess we need to check we dont break existing download links etc...
