Yes he is.  I thought that was clear from the mail I forwarded. Sorry,
brushtyler is Giuseppe Sucameli's OSGeo ID and IRC nick.

But you could even know him from across the table at the pisa hackfest. ;)

BTW meanwhile he also posted that he accepts the Contributor Requirements and
Responsibilities Guidelines.
