[Qgis-psc] Forum and blog hosting

As you may know, I have hosted the QGIS blog and forum since their
inception. I am closing down the server they are hosted on and would
like to move each to the QGIS VM hosted by OSGeo.

The blog doesn't get much use---the PSC may wish to discuss whether it
is worth retaining.

The forum gets a lot of use, even though most developers never visit it.
It is a pretty good community support mechanism.

Thoughts?
