[Qgis-psc] HF expenses

Hi all.
As for now, 6 devs have requested support to attend the HF. Approximated
estimates are:

                               € 751

Total (approx) 3,800 €.
We now have 4.551 €, and one silver sponsorship is arriving, so I would
be inclined to accept all of them.
Any objections/thoughts? I would like to confirm our support soon, so
people can start booking their flights.
