Ok, I guess it passed with 3 +1s.

@Sergey: could you confirm in a mail to the psc list that you have read and 
agree with the contributors guidelines 
(http://www.qgis.org/wiki/Contributor_Guidelines) ?

To enable svn write access, please send your osgeo login to Gary 
(gsherman at geoapt.com).
