[Qgis-psc] HF expenses

Hi

I dont think it is good to vote on things where one has a financial
self interest (its like our politicians voting for their own pay
raise). As such I accept the decision for the remaining PSC members
for this one.

By the way, shall we try to get some baseball caps or something made
for attendees? (Caps may be better than t-shirts as they are '1 size
fits all')
