[Qgis-psc] hackfest in Lisbon: financial report

Hi all.
We expended a total of 4397 € for the developer meeting, and we still have 3362 €, se
we should have no worries for the next meeting. I think we can expect a total expense
of 5k€, so we still need 1.5-2k. I think getting a local sponsor (as it happened in
Lisbon, with Municipia) would be good.
In perspective, I think we should refund all the expenses of all developers, if feasible.
