[Qgis-psc] move content from download.osgeo.org to qgis.org

Hi,

I would like to move the content from download.osgeo.org

dassau at download:/osgeo/download/qgis$ ls
data  debian_ppc  doc  linux  mac  src  win32

=> qgis.org

dassau at qgis:/var/www/downloads$ 

The files in /var/www/downloads are currently owned by jef and timlinux. I
would move them to the folders src and win32, so we it structured again.

Is that ok for anybody?
