Hi All

Since in my crystal ball I can see QGIS going to a whole new level of
awesomeness with Victor's SEXTANTE work, I would like to put forward
his name for write access to the QGIS GIT repository so that we can
provide him all the goodwill and minimum resistance to getting his
work integrated into QGIS possible.

Of course +1 from me.
