[Qgis-psc] candidating for commit access

Hi guys,
I'm currently working on closing up PostGIS-2.0 and part of it
is testing existing clients for compatibility.

Being an everyday user of qgis I'm mostly taking up testing 
of it as first. I'm mainly testing the 1.7 branch and master.
Could add 1.8 in the loop if that's an existing branch.

This mail is to request direct push privileges to speed up
contributions.
