[Qgis-psc] Reimbursements for Developer Meeting

Dear PSC, I'm consideing coming to Lyon but I would need founding for 
accomodation (2 nights) and travel expenses (1000Km by car or 340CHF 
train).
I would use the time there to work on getting python bindings for 
android and looking into a mobile optimized gui.
Would it be possible?
