[Qgis-psc] Next hackfest autumn 2012

Hi PSC,

I would like to make a decision for the next hackfest in Essen, Germany.
After about 7 people already voted for it, Pēteris Brūns from Valmiera
(Latvia) wrote to the list with a link but nobody commented on that:

In his answer to my questions he wrote:

5) When would you be able to do the hackfest? This autumn? Or anytime.
We prefer this autumn, but it can happen also in other time.

So, if you all agree, I would write to the MLs, that we made a decision for
Essen and would like to add Latvia on the list for the next hackfest again.
