[Qgis-psc] Server upgrade

Hi,
Jürgen and me made an upgrade of qgis.org from Debian lenny to squeeze 
(current stable).
We hold back the PHP packages, because Joomla 1.5 seems to have problems with 
PHP 5.3.
I plan to migrate Redmine to the Debian package from backports. But not 
today...
PostgreSQL 8.3 (used by Django & Pootle) is obsolete and should be upgraded to 
8.4.
