Oh I thought the arrangement is that you used your discretion as
'Finance Minister' to accept / decline travel and hotel etc expenses
and the PSC was only called into play if someone wants to contest your
decision (or if you want some additional input before you make a
decision).

Assuming adequate financial records are kept, from my side I am not
interested to be part of each decision, only that the process is fair
and documented.
