ok, also +1 from me to push it

maybe as a note: afaik Alessandro Pasotti could also be a candidate,
dedicated to QGIS who has enough experiences to do such a professional
website based in sphinx, rst and bootstrap. So if we want to spend money, we
might ask him as well?
