[Qgis-psc] Logo

[Nathan Woodrow]

The first round is now 7 days, with a extra 3 days after that refine any
logos that we like and 14 days after that to pick a winner (if there is one)

So this is the plan:

Round One: 7 Days
Round Two (refining): 3 Days
Picking a winner: 14 days
