Hi Savatore, Matthias and Nyall

We (the QGIS PSC) would like you to all to become 'core' committers on
QGIS. Core committer status would transfer to you the ability to directly
maintain code in the following areas:

* Salvatore Larosa -> As maintainer of python console
* Matthias Kuhn -> As maintainer of relations, dual view and diagrams
* Nyall Dawson -> Maintainer of blend mode support

Our expectation is that if you wish to contribute (by direct commits) to
other areas of the code base that you should please discuss your plans with
Marco Hugentobler (who is the PSC member in charge of the code base) and
the developers mailing list in general in order to make sure that your
plans are aligned with the general goals and ethos of the project.

Before we can accept you as core committers, we ask you to please read
http://hub.qgis.org/wiki/quantum-gis/Contributor_Guidelines and reply to
this message indicating that you have agreed with these pages.

Also please let me know your github usernames so that I can add you at that
time.

We look forward to welcoming you as new committers to the QGIS team! Once
you have been given commit status, please add your details to doc/AUTHORS
in the format defined in that file.

Best regards

Tim (on behalf of the PSC)
