[Qgis-psc] HF meeting

Hi all.
Just had an interesting meeting at the HF. Otto, Marco and me from the
PSC were present, plus a number of QGIS devs.
Main issues:
* there is interest in protecting our "brand" through trademark, but
it is not clear what cost and advantages are involved; I'm seeking
(free) legal general advice and I'll report back to the PSC
* we would like to leave the QGIS local user groups as free as
possible, at the same time keeping some general coherence in the image
and operating guidelines; we better start a discussion on that,
possibly through a PSC meeting in IRC
* we are interested in getting most qgis.* domains; many are already
in the hand of QGIS devs (.it in mine, .nl in Richard's); if we agree
on this, we can start a review of the situation
* a suggestion to change the licence of the server part, from GPL to
AGPL, has received mixed responses; I believe the idea is worth
analysing more deeply
* we would like to start crowdfunding and targeted donations, but
we're still uncertain about the route to take; better discuss on a
PSC-IRC meeting too.
