[Qgis-psc] Greenlighting the release of 2.0

Hi PSC

Are there any objections to use going ahead with the release?

Currently there are 8 blockers:

For me I'm happy to go ahead with our branch for release this weekend and a
call for packaging.

We have the option of waiting one more week but honestly I don't know if
the 8 remaining issues will be zapped by then.
