   - Will it be possible to present new projects during this event?
      - No, this is not a presentation-oriented event. People will get
together in small groups and work on areas of mutual interest
within their
      projects.

"

People showing off their work is an important springboard for new ideas and
features in QGIS and prevents potential duplication of effor as we remain
informed about the work of others. Maybe I am misreading the sentiment
there but having a space for break out presentations would be very handy.
