[Qgis-psc] PSC meeting

Hi

I will be glad to attend a skype meeting (or even better a google hangout).

I think Paolo (and I agree with this) was suggesting more broadly that we
try to resume / establish monthly PSC meetings so we can do a better job of
coordinating activities.
