[Qgis-psc] [VOTE] motion to grant core committer status to Chris Cook

Hi All

Chris Cook has been making huge improvements to the delimited text provider
(its no longer a plugin as of today) and is willing to become the official
maintainer of the delimited text provider. I would like to nominate him for
core committer access.
